Revolutionizing the traditional dining experience. Featuring six, live action stations offering an endless variety of all-you-can-eat delectables. There's nothing else quite like Seasons, the new buffet at Silverton. Beginning with the garden-fresh selections from our salad bar to a wide variety of delicious entrées hand-prepared while you watch, topped off with a chocolate fountain and dozens of made-from-scratch desserts, Seasons offers more choices of fresher quality dishes than you'll find anywhere else in Las Vegas. We are a live action buffet that is all about freshness!
Menu items will change on a seasonal basis.
- Children 3 and under are free, and half-price between the ages of 4 – 6 years old. 7 years old and above are considered full price.
- Parties larger than 8 people will be charged an automatic 15% gratuity.
- Parties larger than 15 people will need to be approved by management for reservations (not as walk-ins).
- Specialty Brunch will include Sparkling Wine for Guests over the age of 21.
- We have a private dining area, a VIP area, a fire / water feature, and Plasma screens!
Our stations include:
A fresh salad bar, Italian, Asian, BBQ, Seafood, & Dessert.
The Italian section will feature items such as eggplant parmesan, baked manicotti, and penne primavera, as well as freshly baked pizzas prepared in our pizza oven!
Asian fare will include items such as General chicken, stir fried vegetables, Egg drop soup and won ton soup. The BBQ section encompasses rotisserie chicken, pulled pork and turkey on the carving station.
The seafood section will offer delectable treats such as Mahi mahi, swordfish steaks, and coconut shrimp.
Last but certainly not least is the dessert production station. In this locale you can find a variety of pies and cakes, our chocolate dipping fountain, and a gelato bar.
