f. Pre-payment of packages in full is required at time of booking without exception
g. No refunds for unused tickets, vouchers, coupons or room nights—early departures will be charged final night and released
h. Package cancelation schedule:
i. 90 days or more prior to arrival – 100% refund of package cost
j. 89 to 60 days prior to arrival – 75% refund of package cost
k. 59 to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of package cost
l. 29 to 14 days prior to arrival – 25% refund of package cost
m. Cancelation within 13 days of arrival will result loss of deposit in full
n. Guests not arriving for booked package (no-show) will be not be eligible for refund
