Las Vegas --
 Manybar Goatfish (Parupeneus multifasciatus)
This fish is usually a solitary fish but is occasionally seen schooling over sand patches as well as rubble, consolidated limestone, or coral bottoms of reef flats and shallow lagoons. It likes to feed primarily on small crabs, shrimps, fish eggs and mollusks.
It can be found from Christmas Island in the eastern Indian Ocean to the Hawaiian, Line, Marquesan, and Tuamoto islands, north to southern Japan, south to Lord Howe and Rapa Islands. It is equally at home in shallow and deep waters and has been found down to 450 feet.
It gets its name from the goat-like barbells located under its chin. It uses these the feel around on the bottom for food and then determine if that item it located is edible.
